Wesley is a senior corporate public affairs practitioner with experience leading corporations and the public sector. He is the Vice President of Government Affairs at ADP. Wesley is in charge of communicating with related government agencies and advising top corporate management on government strategy in China.

 

Prior to joining ADP, Wesley headed the government relations team for eBay China. Before eBay, he was the head of the Public Affairs Division of Carrefour China, in Shanghai. He has also worked as Managing Supervisor, Fleishman-Hillard Link, Ltd., in Beijing.

 

Before joining the business sector, Wesley held positions in the Chinese government working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and General Office of the State Council, China’s cabinet, for over six years.

 

Wesley holds a Master’s Degree in Law from China University of Politics & Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Peking University.
