Mini has over 25 years of experience in counselling senior executives in crisis and issues management; government, community and employees relations; traditional and new media management; branding strategies; eMarketing strategies and market intelligence in Asia Pacific.

 

In her corporate career over the years, Mini has accumulated extensive experiences and gained regional insights in corporate communications, marketing communications and marketing services disciplines from positions held in broadcasting organizations (Commercial Radio, Radio Television Hong Kong), public affairs consultancy (Burson-Marsteller) and multi-national (DuPont).

 

Her strategic contribution to the corporate world in business growth covered communication focus areas including the development of regional public affairs organizations; management of both internal and external communication risks in developing markets; development of corporate and operation crisis management systems; formulation of regional brand strategies capitalizing on global brand value; development of social and new media strategies and business support areas including the development of regional eMarketing strategies and market intelligence filtering systems.

 

Prior to joining the corporate sector, Mini was an arts administrator for culture promotion organizations as well as a stage performer.  In addition to providing business counsel to companies, her recent consulting work also includes advising organizations in the arts community on both the management and cultural aspects of performing arts programs.

 

Mini has a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Toronto.
