Nobuaki Takahashi, or also known as Nobu-san, is an experienced coach for executives and professionals, and a learning & development (L&D) professional with rich experience facilitating, developing and consulting on human skill development programs for a multi-national company.

 

 He has 37 years of experience in the world-leading IT company in multiple organizations such as global L&D, product marketing, sales development, engineering and sales. Most of the years of service in the company he was a leader or a people manager to achieve goals through his people.

 

Since 2009 he has been contributing a lot to develop huge back-end organizations located in Dalian, China which support Japanese customers remotely. He visits Dalian many times a year to conduct a series of soft skill development programs for managers and engineers. He also provides personal coaching sessions for executives and engineers in China regularly over the phone.

 

He also managed L&D organization in Korea in addition to Japan as a sub-region manager. He knows well the effective way to enable Chinese, Korean and Japanese people in the East Asia region to work together.

 

Nobuaki is a communication professional using NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming skills in his facilitation and coaching. He is certified as an NLP Coach and an NLP Master Practitioner by the NLP Institute of Japan.
